    My Hatha yoga classes are nurturing and gentle, taking time to move with the breath and notice the effects of the postures on the body.

    To help people unwind, gain mental and physical strength and flexibility and give them ideas on how to help themselves in daily life and build their own practise in an accessible and safe way

    I teach on Zoom on Sunday mornings and offer one to one sessions and am also available for corporate bookings.
